NNR offers several camps a season to help jump start our racers, or give them the extra training needed to take them to the next level.
NNR Thanksgiving Camp November 22 to 30, 2019 Loveland Ski Area, Colorado
Preseason training at the prestigous Loveland Ski Area in Colorado on dedicated ski training hills. 7 days on hill for 6 hours each day, slalom and giant slalom gate training and free skilling drills. Athletes train in small groups of 4 to 5 athletes with a maximun of 20 athletes in camp.
NNR Holiday Camp December 26 to 31, 2019 Nub's Nob Ski Area
Training for serious racers who want the most intense training available on the most advanced hills offered! NNR Holiday Camp is a high energy DAY CAMP over 6 days, December 26 -31, 2019 with upto 3 sessions daily, each lasting upto 1 ½ hour. The camp works on all levels of skiing fundamentals, course tactics and techniques, skill developments, start and finish training, and the advantages of having the proper equipment and the need for maintenance.
NNR Holiday Camp trains on the dedicated race training hill “JB Arena” and the famous “Scarface”. JB Arena provides mass training with its high speed tow rope, allowing more runs in a shorter period and the best turnaround time for working on race development. Scarface is used in early morning training for our advanced athletes only providing the most extreme training venue with its many terrain changes and vertical drop offs.
